A clear view on legal issues
On the 14th of January 2020 Ana Lucía Jaramillo Villacís and Anabel Peiró Baquedano together with Pedro-José Bueso Guillen and Carmen de Guerrero Manso conducted a training session on Innovation Procurement at CDTI, Madrid.
The workshop covered the preparation and elaboration of tender documents for the Pre-commercial Procurement procedure. In particular, the practical approach based on real cases provided valuable insight on how to choose the best selection and award criteria, and how to monitor and evaluate the performance of each of the selected vendors in the different phases as well as the management of the IPR.
Ana Lucía, Anabel, Pedro and Carmen represented the Corvers Chair on Innovation Procurement that is located at the University of Zaragoza in Spain. The Corvers Chair acts as leading European academic and applied research expert hub and educational group on Innovation procurement, in order to structurally improve the efficiency and effectiveness of European contracting authorities in a sustainable and corporate social responsible manner.
The Centre for Industrial Technological Development, E.P.E. (CDTI) is a Public Business Entity, under the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities of Spain, which promotes innovation and technological development of Spanish companies. It is the entity that channels the requests for help and support to the R + D + I projects of Spanish companies in the state and international spheres. The objective of the CDTI is to contribute to the improvement of the technological level of Spanish companies.
