A clear view on legal issues
The eafip initiative is supporting 12 public procurers from across the EU to develop their innovation procurement (a PCP or PPI) by providing assistance (including legal assistance) in the start-up and implementation of the innovation procurement. Seven PCP/PPI projects have already been selected, five places still are open. Public procurers who have concrete interest and commitment to start a PCP / PPI project can apply for free assistance.
